We do not start recruiting new members until
last year members have had a chance to sign up. Recruiting starts January 1st by contacting people that have emailed

Returning 2005 Summer members:
1. Deposit - In order to secure
your spot in the MGH for the 2006 season, Jeff needs a $500 deposit from you in his hand on or before January 1, 2006 - not
"its in the mail" or "post marked by". Full payment for MGH 2006 is welcome at any time.
If your deposit is not received by January 1, 2006 you forfeit your
ability to have a secured spot for next year and you will be placed on the waiting list.
2. Share Requests - Along with your
deposit, you will need to include whether you want to be a full, green or yellow share The MGH calendar for 2006 is
posted on the web site and attached to this email. Please note that the dates of all events on the schedule are a guess
on our part, not set in stone and are subject to change. The sooner you send in your deposit the sooner you can lock
in your desired share choice. Share choices are on first come first service basis.
3. Upgrades - Anyone wishing to
upgrade from a half share to a full share will have the ability to do so (assuming space is available) shortly after January
1, 2006 when we have collected everyone's deposits.
4. Payment Schedule
FEBRUARY 1, 2006 - The second payment of $500 is due. Half
shares are now paid in full
MARCH 1, 2006 - Full shares third and final payment of $500 is due

5. MGH House Preseason Opening - The MGH opens its doors on March 17,
2006 for all members that have prepaid to coincide with Starboard Opening. All Members should be paid in full by March
1, 2006 and will have the ability to begin enjoying the house Starboard Opening weekend.
If you are not paid in full by March 1, 2006, you ARE NOT considered a member and will be required to pay
Alumni Guest fees of $50 per night. GUEST FEES WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCE Failure
to pay in full by March 1, 2006 also puts your spot and any monies paid to the MGH in jeopardy.
MGH WILL ONLY REFUND MONEY IF A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT MEMBER IS FOUND BY THE UNPAID MEMBER AND THE REPLACEMENT
MEMBER PAYS IN FULL , OTHERWISE FAILURE TO PAY IN FULL BY MARCH 1, 2006 WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF ANY MONIES PAID.
After March 1, 2006 we will begin filling any open slots with names from the waiting list and various recruitment
efforts.
6. Private Rooms - Most of you have heard talk about the possible availability
of private rooms for summer 2006. We are still working the logistics and no real plans can be made until January 1,
2006 when deposits are due. That being said, here is the general idea:
* Private rooms are only available to full shares;
* The cost for a private room based on double occupancy
would be $1750 per person/per room;
* The room would be yours for the summer season unless the house is rented midweek.
